Troubleshooting

• Are you using the exact name you used when registering?
• Are you entering your login name with the exact upper and lowercase letters that you used when you registered?
• Are you using the correct password?
• Do you meet minimum Web Browser requirements?
  • Must be able to accept Third Party Cookies
  • Must be able to enable JavaScript
  • NOTE: Make sure that any Anti Virus/Malware/Spyware software running is not blocking Third Party Cookies or JavaScript.
• If you do not have Third Party Cookies enabled:
  • Note the type of browser you have (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Brave, Microsoft Edge, etc.)
  • Go to your favorite search engine and enter “How to enable third party cookies in a [name of browser] browser.”
• If you do not have JavaScript enabled:
  • Note the type of browser you have (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Brave, Microsoft Edge, etc.)
  • Go to your favorite search engine and enter “How to enable JavaScript in a [name of browser] browser.”
